Steak and ale pie

Due to popular request we will be reverting back to the old style pie. We experimented with cooking pie lids separately and have realised that this is detrimental to pastry flavour.
As from tonight I will be cooking the crust on top of the meat in an attempt to rekindle the love of the pie. If this move is successful I will continue and hope to bring other fillings to the menu.
