We experimented with cooking pie lids <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">separately</span> and have realised that this is <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">detrimental</span> to pastry flavour.<br />As from tonight I will be cooking the crust on top of the meat in an attempt to rekindle the love of the pie.
